This is the fourth unit – of five – which make up the City & Guilds 2365 – Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures).

This Level 2 qualification is designed for new entrants to the industry. For aspiring electricians not already started on an Electrical Apprenticeship, not yet in a job working in the Electrical Industry, or with very little, if any, experience.

This practical unit will develop in learners the skills required to install wiring systems to recognised standards. Learners will learn to use tools and materials effectively in completing well-defined tasks for electrical installations. In addition to learning to install systems, learners will also develop skills to inspect and test wiring systems.
